A new case of hemorragic bilio-digestive fustula and the review of 23 cases in the literature are discussed. The main presenting symptom was life the thrextening hemorrhage. – The ethilogy of the bilio-digestive fistula is almost exclusively lithiasis with a clear female predominance. – The fibroscope is the essential diagnostic examination test. – The surgical procedure has a double objective: * To ensure hemostasis. * To treat the bilio-digestive fistula. – The prognosis is relatively good
