The authors give in this publication all the acquisitions about the cancer of the testis and propose a therapeutic protocol. A best approach of the malignant tumors of the testis will be made by the collaboration of the clinician, the biologist, the anatomopathologist, the surgeon, the radiotherapist and the chemotherapist, the treatment of the cancer of the testis depend of the anatomopathologic variety. Actualy, the seminomatous are curable in the most of cases
