Abstract English

Sixteen patients with secondary intussusception were presented in this work. The clinical presentations, operative findings and pathological diagnosis were studied. Acute abdominal and abdominal mass were the main presentations. Meckle’sdiverticulumwasthecommonest underlyingcause. Reduction of the intussusception should be attempted and the causative factor examined before decided the extent of bowel resection
