Abstract English

In this study, 55 degrees oblique tomography was performed on 15 patients whose radiograms suggested hilar lymphadenopathy either unilateral or bilateral. The results of this study stressed the value of 55 degrees posterior oblique tomography in evaluating hilar lymph node enlargement, its extent size and effect on the bronchovascular tree. The characteristic features of enlarged hilar lymph nodes and their differential diagnosis were discussed
