Although many symptoms like amenorrhea, nausea and vomiting are known to accompany early pregnancy, there are other symptoms which may be ignored by the attending doctor. The vague dysmenorrhea-like pain appears to be an earlier symptom that may even precede morning sickness. This study was conducted on 600 patients divided into two groups, 100 patients volunteered the complaint and 500 patients surveyed for this symptom.
