A total of 646 women with vaginal discharge attending obstetric and Gynecology Department of Kirkulk-Iraq, were investigated for Trichomonas vaginalis and other associated genital pathogens. Trichomoniasis was diagnosed in 52 women [8. 05%] from vaginal specimens and out of whom 17 women [2. 63%] had trichomonas infection in urine specimens. The frequency rate of genital pathogens among positive T. vaginalis patients were C. albicans [26. 92%] , Staphlococcus aureus [15. 38%] and Proteus [3. 85%]. The genital pathogens isolated from T. vaginalis negative patients were Staphylococcus aureus, C. albicans, E. coli, Proteus, Pseudomonas, Streptococci and Neisseria gonorrhea
