Abstract English

The authors report an observation of an acute ergotism provoked by an association of ergotamine tartrate and methysergide in weak dose. This board has revealed a hepatic, neurologic and a sensitive cortico diabetes affection. They insist on gravity of rhye ergot, during the vascularitis, and in general among the old subjects with precarious vascular field
