of the Executive Board on the subject of campaign against smallpox, and having noted the comprehensive document^presented to it by the Regional Director; 1. CALLS UPON countries to plan such campaigns taking every measure to ensure the most complete co-ordination of implementation in contiguous countries; 2. CALLS UPON the Regional Director to provide countries with such consultant and other services as they may request for the preparation of national and inter-country programmes for the control of smallpox including services for the training of personnel; 3. REQUESTS the Organization to collect experimental data on the question of immunity after vaccination vis-a-vis: [a]the time taken for satisfactory immunity to develop after primary vaccination; [b]the time taken for satisfactory immunity after re-vaccination, after one year, two years, three years and thereafter as this has a very important bearing on spread of smallpox from one country to another.
