have not already v done so, to review existing services for smallpox control and health legislations with regard to systematic primary vaccination and re-vaccination, and to introduce the necessary improvements in these services and legislations, with particular reference to periodic mass, re-vaccination every three to five years; 2. RECOMMENDS the use of dried smallpox vaccine in the Region, 3. CALLS UPON the Regional Director to provide countries with such consultant and other services as they may request for their campaigns against smallpox; 4. NOTES the re-affirmed opinion of the experts on the subject of the progressive loss of immunity following vaccination and the time and degree of development of immunity following re-vaccination.
