A thirty-five year old female patient presented with acute urine retention due to stone formed over a part of a migrated intra uterine contraceptive device from the uterus to the urinary bladder.
The journey of the device took nearly four years, and the rest of the migrated device was removed endoscopically without complication or urinary fistula
