Abstract English

Urticaria is a dermal presentation of vascular reaction characterized by wheal with itching, stinging or pricking sensations. There is usually no confusion in making diagnosis due to clear-cut clinical presentation. In this study variable presentation of Urticaria in various cross section of population and without any age and gender biased were subjected for the study. The cases were randomly selected for single blind clinical study and observation based analysis was made after giving the dosage of Unani formulation prescribed in routine Unani OPD for last 40 years in Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College and Hospital without any apparent known or reported side effect.
