Nowadays continuous education has an outstanding role in societies. In recent years, it is an ever considering issue in all organization. All activities in governmental and nongovernmental organizations are accompanied with continuous educational programs. In trying to explain this many items may be addressed and some of them mentioned here. Classic education including pre and post academic or technical and professional ones consider global or general aspects of the issue and has limited time. It can not cope with specific requisites that any profession may need. > High speed of technologic development has an overall affecting force and all professions, even simplest ones, had tremendous changes. Professional knowledge, method of action, communication, tools and several other issues have greatly suffered from this fast changes. > In this situation employee should adopt quickly with changing knowledge, attitude and practice and as he or she can not do it solely, the organization should have programs for continuous education. Indeed in institutions there is an old fashioning force, Inertia that acts against any change and continuous education, if organized and provided properly, may act as a counterbalance force, leading the institution toward a much better quality situation
